pathetic service

Disgusting, pathetic service. I need to upgrade, I am due, about three hours of calls, over a period of a week in total and I am still no further than where I began. Conflicting information and outright lies from the 084145 number. I have five lines with cell c and all are due for upgrade, but instead I am going to have to cancel and go elsewhere due to the terrible service. I even requested that a manager call me and guess what my R1500 that I pay per month is obviously not good enough because they did not even bother. I realise that I am a small fish in the greater scheme of things but as 1 fish I can tell 10 fishes and they can each tell another 10 fishes and so on. Cell C needs to pull up their socks
