Pathetic service

I have a contract with cell c which I recently upgraded and 1st install will be deducted end of November for 400 island then I have a sms stating my debit order will go off for r513 and when I contact the customer care line spoke to an agent name Millicient who was refused to give me her surname I then asked to speak to the manager and I was told that the manager is busy on a call I asked if was only 1 manager and asked for the branch name she refused to gve me that and dropped the call . So now I'm not satisfied with the service and why is my debit order increasing
