Pathetic service

My 70 tear old mum has been issued contracts, we gave been trying to get recordings from cell c, my mom never received anything and haven't signed for acceptance of anything. Their (Cell C) commitment was to resolve this issue within 48 hours and it is now 2 months and us still not sorted out, in the mean time they still try and run debit orders on different dates and different amounts while she have paid for 18 months already. No where did Cell C got involved to sort out this issue, A lot if contracts were issued in her name via call center and she hasn't received anything. Now the call centers people oho e her and tell her she misplaced the products, my mum is old not crazy. Cell C service is pathetic, stay away!
