Pathetic service

The service from Cell c is beyond pathetic ! Cell c knows very well how to harras clients for payments and when payments are made they can never honour thier commitments with their clients, if I honoured my commitment, why is it so difficult for Cell c to be truthful and honour their commitment. Customer service agents are clueless with how procedures work you get transferd to several amounts of agents who never have a solution. ... a superior needs to make contact with me so I can have my problem resolved ??
