PATHETIC SERVICE

DOES THIS COMPANY SERVICE GET ANY BETTER

I have been to the store yesterday Sunday 01/03/2020 at around 15:35 and the store closed at 15:45 i was promised a call regarding my query up till now i have not received any feedback.

My initial complaint was the service received in order to get a 24 month contract for a cellphone - (Huawei P30 Lite in Blue) but up till date nobody has contacted us in this situation but after i complained here they took it upon themselves to cancel the contract without any contact what so ever to us, but in the store we where advised somebody did contact us. - i wonder who they contacted has we never had any calls or messages till a week later saying the contract has been cancelled. There was no sim or no phone received (no contract signed off nothing) but a debit order went through on Friday, the call center and the store itself cannot advise as to why the debit went off.

In cases like this how do people get trained to work with customers when they themselves have no idea whats going on.

Really disappointing service knowing they messed up with getting the required phone and now they debit the account as they see fit to do so.
