Pathetic service !!!... cell c u are the worst!!

I took out a brand new contract with cell c on 26April 2023 Everthing was perfect until I received the cell phone and simcard on Friday 05 05.22. I was adviced that the simcard would be acive immediatly one i have set up the phone... that was not the case. I called numoures times and no one was able to help me. Now this is a ****ty start for a new customer!!! I was adviced wait 24 hours , other agents told me they have sent me information to tbe activated department some just honeslty said they cant help me. Cell C this is a bad start foe me as a new customer. I fely that no one knew what is going on. Some of the agents were so damn rude also. This is pathetic and then cell c expect me to pay for a service that i am not receiving... absolutly unaaccetable!!
