Pathetic service - Cell C Tygervalley

Pathetic service from Cell C Tygrvalley. Not interested in the customer at all but only in making a sale.

The 7 day policy where you can return the item if you have any issues, dont be fooled, they fail to mention everything to the customer. Oh and dont even bother asking for the manager.

A new contract for a laptop is now activated without me having the laptop to work on and all that is said is that you as the customer being inconvenienced must just wait. So ridiculous and unfair. No sense of urgency to resolve the matter.

All I can say is, we should not support service providers or any store that treats their customers like this.

Infact, I looked at all the reviews from the Tygervalley branch and this type of service seems like the norm.
