Pathetic service cell c. Price increases

Two contracts. Cell c unilaterally just increases CONTRACT PACKAGE PRICES. i don't care if it's once off data or call charges but this a contract FOR A FIXED PERIOD AND FIXED AMOUNT. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO INCREASE CONTRACT PACKAGES!! 2ND CONTRACT DATA PACKAGE ABOUT TO EXPIRE 21ST DECEMBER 2024. I WAS DEBITED an extra R66 for a short discount cos contract expires b4 31st Dec??? I was told nothing about a short discount on the last month of the contract when taken out. Spoke to Siyanda 7th December 20min refused to log a complaint threw back terms and conditions at me. Spoke to his manager Njubalo. Stlll didn't have the courtesy to call me back. As usual ******* pathetic service from CELL C. I'M NOT PREPARED TO PAY CONTRACT PACKAGE INCREASES AND I WANT THE R66 REVERSED FOR THE SHORT DISCOUNT!!??

Who the hell us NELISIWE FROM YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA DEPARTMENT?? SHE CALLS ME NOW TELLING ME SHE'S GOING TO ASSIST ME BY THROWING THE PATHETIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN MY FACE. WHO THE HELL DOES SHE THINK SHE IS. I WILL NEVER ACCEPT THIS DISGUSTING SERVICE AND A ******* FROM CELL C. I WILL SEEK LEGAL ADVICE ID NEEDS BE.

SHE STLLL HAS THE AUDACITY AND THE GALL TO CALL ME BACK THIS MORNING AND AGAIN THROW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN MY FACE. IM NOT ACCEPTING ANY INCREASES IN BOTH MY OK PACKAGES. PERIOD.!!!!!!!!
