Pathetic Service CELL C

Double charge for the same thing. I bought extra data for 3 months which was added to my bill but when i needed an additional amount in June i paid for it with my credit card yet they still added this to my July Bill. I have no spoken to more people and send more proof of this purchase than a ******** in a court case. This is pathetic service as does not take a master accountant to see the PoP was paid for separately and was not added to my bill.
