Pathetic Service Cell C
Cell C has to be the most pathetic service provider in SA. I went for my bi annual upgrade only to be turned down. Their reason was I had to pay in cash for 1 month. Now this was totally a Cell C problem. Been on a stop order for years and every January my stop order does not go through. Reason Cell C gives is my Credit Card has expired. My card only expires in 2025.Feburary payment goes through as normal. So because this useless bunch cannot sort this out I get told they penalizing me. I have to wait another 2 months before I can renew my contract. It's like telling a kid to go sit in the corner for 15 minutes. Obviously Cell C does not want my money. So Vodacom here I come. People. Think twice before you sign up with Cell C. They are pathetic. No wonder they bankrupt. Goodbye Cell C.
