PATHETIC SERVICE! CELL C
Again... It would be a zero star had that been an option. I have been trying to reach cell c cancelation dept since last week Wednesday..... Today is Tuesday... Still no luck! It keeps being reverted to customer care who in turn try putting me through directly and yet again.. I am diverted back to customer care... U ACCEPTABLE! I am being told it is due to a high volume of calls.. Really?? Exactly.. Because nobody is happy with cell c service! It I have been told to visit a store in person.. I am not near any cell c store and why should I be inconvenienced because cell c cannot manage something as simple as answering or returning a call It is impossible to cancel a cell c contract as you cannot get hold of the cancelations dept. PATHETIC!
