Pathetic service Cell C
After receiving a reference number ( ********** 712) and a response that someone from Cell C will contact me shortly, I am still waiting for assistance? I need the ITC number for my ****** phone ASAP as I cannot get a case number from the Police or claim from the insurance without it. In the meantime I am sitting without a phone? Can someone from Cell C please sort this out?
