Pathetic service Cell C!!!!!!!!

<p>I have been trying to cancel my matured contract with Cell C for 2 months now!</p> <p> </p> <p>Since the beginning of July,i called in to ensurey contracts would be cancelled. After being sent from pillar to post,i finally managed to get through to someone who i thought cancelled the 2 lines but actually didnt.</p> <p>I became suspicious when i didnt get any confirmation of the cancellation. I called in once again,the agent listened to the recording and indicated that it hadnt been done and would do it. He apologised and i accepted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i discover the account on the 1 line is suspended,REALLY!!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>AFTER EVERYTHING i really dont have time for this.</p> <p>My account is:Acc #: ********** 06</p> <p> </p> <p>Can someone who knows what they are doing please fix it.</p>
