Pathetic service

I was contacted by Cell C in March and promised a contract I then found out that the person selling contract **** about what I would be receiving every month in terms of minutes and data. I canceled the contract in March spoke to managers at Cell C who listened to the sales call and agreed that it was a ********** sale. However Cell C has still been deducting off my account every month. I called them again today and had to repeat everything to them all over again and it has still not been resolved.
