Pathetic Service by cellc callcentre

<p>Our phone was ****** and once a we bought a new SIM card and tried to get our number back as it was contract. This was impossible with the amount of people that we had to speak to that where of no help. Spoke to 4 agents giving each one the same reference number and after all that talk for them to say "please hold I will transfer your call to the relevant department". Up till now we still have not gotten a sim swop.</p>
