Pathetic Service by Cell C

Struggling with Cell C since December 2021. Upgraded my contract but being overcharged based on the contract I took. Contact them every month and they inform me that they are rectifying it. But 4 months and still no rectification. Unfortunately there is no customer service in my area and the call center is Pathetic actually.
