Pathetic service by Cell C

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by Cell C regarding my recent attempt blacklist/block a ****** phone and obtain an ITC number.

Despite multiple attempts to seek assistance, I have received no support from your team. This lack of response and assistance is highly disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience.

I'm in absolutely disbelief that the IMEI number that is on the phone box, is apparently not on their system, Cell C is the worst service provider to deal with in. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter and prompt assistance in obtaining the necessary ITC number for my ****** phone.

Attention to this urgent matter is required.
