Pathetic Service- Blacklisting ****** Headset
I called Cell C, to blacklist my handset because it was ******. The agent advised me to wait 2 working days for an ITC number. Really pathetic service received! With Vodacom I received great service, and do not know why I moved networks. I totally regret it! My reference number is ***.

An ITC number is usually given immediately, the only time when it takes 2 working days is when the matter has been escalated.
