Pathetic Service

This is the most pathetic service I ever received from Cell C. Other telecommunication companies updates their clients accounts on a monthly basis at the credit bureau, But not Cell C. One has to complain first this is my second complain. Cell C only updates accounts at the credit bureau when one is in arrears. Update all my accounts I have with Cell C as they up to date. When it comes to updating accounts they cannot but when one is in arrears they fast to update the arrears status. The last time Cell C updated my accounts were November 2019. Cell C can close down for all I care. Pathetic!
