Pathetic service
Worst service i have ever experienced from cell c. Im due for an upgrade, i have asked 3 times online for someone to contact me. Useless service as I will now cancel my contract. In the other hand, your overall service is pathetici have another line with you for LTE, i will ensure that this contract also get cancelled very soon as I never have internet access with you and this I will with the highest authorities to ensure that this is done. I had it with cell c.

08 Feb 2020, 13:06Refer to reference number, Dear Cell C customer, please receive feedback for case no. ***. My internet was off yesterday for an hour or so and is off again now. I now have to rely on another provider as there just is no service from cellc. This contract need to be cancelled as you are now just wasting my time and recources. Ill rather go with a provider that can deliver services. You can contact me of when this will be cancelled, and to happen asap.
