Pathetic service !
Flabbergasted with your poor service , for over a month now I have been logging complaints about submitted in corrected info to ITC saying I am in arears when I am not , lost out on home loan becouse of that, to my surprise I receive an sms saying I must rate you for resolving my queries when no one even bothered to call me
To make my day , I receive a bank notification this morning for R2459 taken for my account by cell c just for fun!
