Pathetic service at store in The Grove

<p>Went to the Cell C store in The Grove mall in Pretoria at the start of December to upgrade contract after previous issue with upgrade issue ie https://www.hellopeter.com/cell-c/reviews/lack-of-service- ********** 031 . I asked for the LG Stylus 2 as it is wifi calling capable and is an option based on the store catalog. Was told I will wat for two and a half weeks for phone. Till today shop has not followed up with me on status of order. I visited the store two and a half weeks later and got a snotty remark that phone is not there yet. Phoned again at the end of December, 17th January and the 18th January. Only to be told there is no stock yet available. No one in that store find it necesary to follow up with clients, Lindo is the consultant that initially helped me and every time I call she is not there. I'm still with no upgrade and incompetance is the only excuse i'm getting from the store.</p> <p>You are losing me and my wife as customers with service like this.</p>
