PATHETIC SERVICE AT CELL C

Ok im here again as CELL C was supposed to phone be back yesterday which no-one did, i phoned them and guess what no team leader was available... A lady by the name of Theodora wanted to offer me an additional 20gig on the 10gig migration that they did and 10gig night. I told her that i want my full package that i have app**** for or re imburse on the 10gig that wasnt even my fault. I had spoken to my mum regarding this matter as the WIFI is actually for her.I understand that the contract expires only in January 2021 but i even threatened to cancel my contract with them. I dont recommend anyone to go to CELL C Their service is pathetic. I have never had a problem with Cell C to date but this time i am furious. I have 3 contracts with them and this is the type of service i get. Why when you do cellphone upgrades the new package gets kicked in immediately but with a WIFI router its totally different.. I want them to come fetch the router even though i did the upgrade and want to cancel it because i cannot anymore. Hello PETER please assist and help me
