PATHETIC SERVICE AND UNFULFILLED PROMISES

On 29 and 30 September i contact Cell C customer service on 084145 to cancel my month to month contract. I held on for over 30 minutes for both days and couldn't get through to any of their consultants. I tried again on 1st October and i went through the same experience. I then tried again on 2nd October with no luck but this time i redialed after 15 minutes and got through to a gentlemen who told me their working from home and he'll transfer me to the cancellation team as he was not working with that product. He placed me on hold for over 5 minutes but luckily he managed to transfer me to Nobuhle Nkuna who assisted with the cancellation of my contract, she further mentioned that because i cancelled my contract on 2nd October then my last debit order would be the 25th of November 2020. I questioned the debit order with her and asked to speak to her manager. She then said the manager is not available and that they will top up my account again on 1st November and debit on the 25th. She continued to send a notification to the manager by the name of Siphokazi Nyathela and promised that she'll give me a call either on monday the 5th or tuesday the 6th October. I've been waiting for her call ever since.

The question i have is that it took me 3 days to get through to your call center staff and now i need to suffer because they are working from home with no supervision and hence it takes forever to get through to them. I paid for my services so please make sure my contract is closed. You debited my account on 25 September and i don't mind you debiting me again on 25 October as you topped up my account on 1st October. I demand an urgent attention to this matter and a quick resolution that'll meet my expectations.
