Pathetic service and Staff members

I went in to do a sim swop and they failed to assist me further more the attitude from the Staff member named MOHAMMED and the manager was pathetic the Staff member MOHAMMED got upset when I told them I need my number back n started raising his voice at me in a fighting manner which a customer should not experience in a store I also have a contract with them which i will be cancelling. These staff members need to be dealt with
