Pathetic service and overcharged

Yesterday, I received an sms from Cell C, informing me that I will taken to the credit bureau. It didn't make sense because I have been communicating with one of the consultants by the name of Moses Mo***eng. I have presented to him my evidence on his mail and i have been asking for a feedback without success. All of a sudden they are telling me that I'm going to be listed. <br> I can't understand the way Cell c is conducting their business. All i'm asking is for them to prove to me, how did they arrive at the amount when the sms alerts on my sim cards tell a different story.<br> <br> I'm so ****ed and I don't want anything to do with this company anymore.
