Pathetic service and not being transparent
Ordered 2 phone A54 plus Watch .
Received one and the next one has no Eta date. I ordered these 3 weeks ago.
The reps keepn lying about when stock is nbeing received.
I go on holiday on the 6th of December and Now I cannot get my new phone.
They advised they have stock in their shops. When asked if I can go and get it nfrom there.
I'm advised I'll pay a higher price. There was no advisory that there was low stock or nob stock
I should've just stayed with Telkom
