Pathetic service and no statements

Some time ago I wrote a complaint about non receipt of statements. Cell C offered no help whatsoever and told me to download the Cell C app if I needed my statements. For the passed 7 months ever since cell c decided that all clients would received their statements in pdf format, I cannot open the pdf!!!! Now, when I follow their suggestion and try to view the statement, I get a blank screen. At the bottom left it shows download pdf. When you do this, nothing happens. I am sick and tired of Cell c and their pathetically shocking service!!! When lockdown is over I am going to another provider who knows how to offer decent service!!!

I want Invoices dated 1 April 2020 and 1 May 2020 please!! That is of course if it is not too much effort for you.
