Pathetic service and *********** staff!

We have never had such pathetic service with Cellc however you guys are truly showing us what a bad service provider this truly is! My dad did go into arrears with his cell c account however the amount was paid in full and now his services has been suspended yet again and when he called, you are telling him that the payment is not reflecting and that us uttered nonsense. He has the proof payment and you guys are giving him such a hard time with resolving this. You need to call him urgently on *** and sort this mess out before we take this further!!! We will move to a better service provider if this is not resolved immediately. My husband and I also have cell c contracts and we will consider another service provider after being with Cellc for over 8 years!
