PATHETIC SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

I am fed up with the pathetic and poor service which I have and still receive from Cell C!!!<br> <br> Calling Customer Services is useless!!! They give you a reference number and NEVER get back to you!!!<br> <br> My account with them was paid up in FULL in the month of October / November.<br> <br> Two weeks ago I have received a statement from them. With surprise I contacted them and I was advised that there was another account opened and it was not closed.<br> <br> Today they deducted R4,595 from my bank account AFTER all of the phone calls to them. AFTER all of the reference numbers and promises to get back to me.<br> <br> PATHETIC!!!!!<br> <br> I want the funds refunded back to my account and the account which was opened (HELL KNOWS WHY) closed to prevent any further future deductions from my account.<br> <br> ** CELL C FOR YOUR REFERENCE THE REFERENCE NUMBER FOR THE COMPLAINT LOGGED IS ***. RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!!!
