pathetic service and false advertising

<p>I have decided im taking this further ladies and gents cell c has not beign taking money out of my account on the 15th i always leave enough money in my account so the cell phone can go off this is the 4 month they are doing this then i get sms saying i must go pay at netbank to avoid bad crediting i have got my bank statments and sms to show theres money in my account on black and white i get a weekly salary and then cell c decides to take off money the week there after and they hit me R250 which my contract is only R180 so 70R fine im not the first person they doing this to i know many people they do this to soo i call it *****ing my money and then false advertising so what i am going to do is go and see someone and im going to change my bank,remove this cell c card and not going to pay anymore and im going to social media with cell c</p>
