Pathetic service and customer feedback

ok so, Cell C calls me yesterday and gives me another month of my subscription off and totally forget about the matter!! I cannot understand how the hell it takes a whole dam day to tell me where my phone is and when I will be expecting it!! Can somebody give me a dam turn around time? I will cancel all three contracts if this matter cannot be resolved, today is 21 working days that I have not received my phone back when the TAT was 15 working days. This is a dam breach of contract on your part CELL C!! as soon as I don't pay the account then you want to take legal action on me, so its fine to say I can proceed with legal action against cell c? I called to speak to Zaheer at the head office, who magdelene reports to, I left him a voicemail on Monday and he did not return my call to date! I want to deal with someone that can ****** sort my problem out!! Failing to resolve this matter today, I will retain the loan phone and Cell C can keep the phone I booked in for repairs. I will go to the media and you can deal with my attorney thereafter!!
