Pathetic service and coverage

Pathetic reception for the last 6-8 months at Baccalareus Complex in Potchefstroom. When reporting this I was asked more than 7 security questions and because I cant remember the exact amount that went of on my bank account for 3 contracts that differs every month I was told to try again later after. I gave you 2 of the 3 numbers on my account, ID amount of contracts Type of phones Full name address (Postal and physical) Bank info Email address. What the hell more do you want.
