Pathetic Service all round.

I have requested my contract to be canceled a month before it ended, i was then offere a package of R148.99 10gb anytime data , i thought it was forth it and accepted it, ever since my contract ended i have been charged way over my initial contract amount which was at the time R346.73 approx monthly, Nov 2019 R499.12 , DEC 2019 MULTIPLE PACKAGES ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT , Which includes the old package and 2x the New Package and subscripions that i never agreed to. I called the CELLC call centre Numerous times and everytime a new promise to escalate the matter , to expect a call in 24 to 48 hours . no one calls No one Cares as long as they receiving their debit order. The Matter will be posted in the local news paper if this matter is not resolved soon.
