Pathetic Service! Again!

<p>I have laid 2 complaints against Cell C..and the service is still pathetic. You guys just dont care about your clients. My phone was booked in for repairs (i only got this phone in Jan, and its the second time), and 1 week later does it eventually reach Sony's department???I have been in contact with Moses, but he hasnt bothered phoning me the past couple of days. I CANNOT BE WITHOUT A PHONE ANY LONGER. You have two options - you either cancel my contract with immediate effect (AND AT NO COST TO ME) or you supply me with a brand new phone TODAY. i REFUSE TO BE INCONVENIENCED ANY LONGER!</p>
