Pathetic Service after Complaint not resolved.
<p>Good day Cell C I please need someone to assist me with urgency.</p> <p>as per initial complaint that was opened on 21 April, this Query has not been resolved yet. I used to be a very Happy Cell Customer but now this service is beyond Poor and if this matter is not resolved in the next 2 days i will close both my contract with cell C. i am not satisfied with the feedback i received yet, but when it comes to taking my money every month you are very quick.</p> <p>please can this get sorted ASAP!!!!!!</p>
