Pathetic service acc invoices not delivered in 5 m

I ran up a large bill on accident my acc were supposed to have been limited, i called on many occassions to make a payment plan but they were not going to let me I have been with them 10 years and now they want to sue <br> me,for 11000 even though i have not had an invoice for 5 months . They have given me 7 days to pay....<br> They suspended all my acc so how could it have gone from4000 to 11000 in 5 months?
