Pathetic service

My paydate was changed by my employer and I phoned Cell C to inform them of this and to amend the debit order date.To my surprise they never deducted on the new date and I phoned in only to find out it would take longer than a month. Second month same story.I made manual payments every month and informed them I will be doing this now going forward. Now I am being charged R70 pm for a failed debit order. So thiis is how loyal customers are being treated now, after the problem arose from your side!

Debit orders went off on the 27th of a month and changed it to the end of a month. Debit orders never went after that, but I still get penalized even though I made tha manual payments on the 30th.

You sent me a statement showing that the money has been allocated. That was not my initial query. I want the debit order details removed so that I can continue paying manually and also want the R70 penalty removed from my statement,as I was not the one at fault for the debit order not going off on the new payment date up and until today

How do you expect me to pay in advance if my salary date is on the last day of a month? You messed up the debit orders on your side. I was advised that the debit order can be cancelled by your collections department,so I will proceed with that tomorrow.
