Pathetic service

Yesterday I called the call centre re: one of my numbers had no network from Friday. The lady was very unhelpful not willing to asist yet it was the customer call center she said it was technical when I asked to be transferred to technical. She then without informing me put me toa recording re: gprs. Terrible customer service. Cell C does not improve the call centre agents service to customers. Their attitude needs to improve.
