Pathetic service.

I’ve been calling in to get assistance with my settlement letter. This company made me pay for a contract I never app**** for and now I’ve settled their account fully they don’t want to send me my settlement/ paid up letter. Instead they still want to debit me. This is pathetic service as usual from Cell C. Close my non existing account and send me my settlement letter.
