Pathetic service

We visited the cell c in Greenstone on Thursday 7/5/20 after my brother was ****** and his phone taken and I wanted to black list the phone. To date I have not received the ITC number for me to open a case. Is Cell C looking for these ****s themselves? What is taking so long to black list a phone?

As we speak my brother cannot do his school work work which is posted to a school WhatsApp group because he doesn't have a phone and this whole process is delaying with claiming from insurance. I must personally go to the store which is a risk in this Covid 19 status. Just a simple phone call on what is going on and how will this affect my insurance claim is all I ask. I need for you as cell c to make sure that the insurance does not give me issues because I could not submit all neccessary documents in time because of your incompetence.
