PATHETIC SERVICE
The most pathetic service from cellc , my cellphone has been with cellc repairs for more than 2 months, i paid an excess and i still havent had a reply from you guys, very very upset

I don't have the ticket anymore, i have also paid in my excess , Cellc is just dragging my claim along i sit on the phone with customer care line for hours and nobody can transfer me to the repair centre, i am very very angry with this matter, if you guys have received payment what is the hold up.
