PATHETIC SERVICE

First they hand me over for only God knows what, then they don't get back to via email since " they could not get hold of over the phone" after I requested feedback with regards to hand over. Now last month they decide to only debit one account and yet I have 3 contracts with them then I am told they try to debit but its a pathetic lie as I have money on my account. They have my 3 number's so it cant be that they couldn't get hold of of me on my 3 number that's a lie. I demand feedback for the handover issue ASAP
