Pathetic service

I am giving up on Cell C. Wow it doesn't even take hello Peter crs.... For such a big company... I am so dissapointed.. I have made a complaint on the 25 November and they only rep**** twice, after requesting my ID number they never came back to me because they knew they are at fault... I am still waiting for your responses
