Pathetic service

I have a issue with my account the amounts does not add up. I have 2 contracts left with them witch should total to roughly add up to R650.00. Butt i get Invoices for R950 pm. I phoned the call center requesting a statement butt they refuse. And they cant tell me where the extra R200 is coming from.
This is going back months where i am over paying. Cell C is really the worst in SA.
