Pathetic Service

Hi

I must say, I have never ever come across such an arrogant " Senior Consults" behaviour.

I called in yesterday to upgrade my package due to the great experience I've had.

All of this was lost after I spoke to consultant Caleb!!

I have requested that a manager call me back urgently.

I am disgusted by your service to say the least!
