Pathetic service!

My account has been suspended once again!!!! After payment has been made more than a month back. Everytime I send proof of payment and after a while I sit with the same problem all over again. Cell c is not even capable of getting their accounts up to date after they failed to deduct because of a system error!!! I am getting tire of this. Biggest mistake ever made is to take out a contract with cell c. I am not happy at all
