Pathetic Service!!!!!
I just had a call with a very RUDE Agent in the contracts department by the name of Molatsila(or something to that effect).She was not listening to understand but she was listening to just respond with 0 knowledge of my query. She went on and on without listening,and then had the nerve to mute the call while I was still talking to her ,and then disconnect the call while I was waiting. This is the worst service I have ever received, if she couldn't deal with my query (Which was clear that she knew s**t about what I was talking about),she could have handed my query over to a Senior Consultant. I am very very disgusted!!!
