Pathetic Service

Handed my phone in to Cell C Sandton Branch and to this day i still have not heard from you or the insurance which my phone is handed to. I have been trying to follow up and been given the run around all the time. I have had to pay an access and say parts have been ordered with no time limit. Every month i pay my bill for my cellphone contract and insurance but this is the service you give your customer. We must revert to plat forms to complain before anything is done. This service is pathetic for any customer. I will be taking my concerns and complaints higher if i am not satisfied by today.
