Pathetic service

Here we go,had the most worse experience with cell c ,let me start-My cell c contract ended at the end of July and i was informed to phn in 1 month in advance to cancel,after receiving my confirmation of the cancelation i paid that last debit at the end of July late and paid a extra R70(469) and my debit is 399 ,just to get another R70 at the end of August .Now im confused cause my last debit was at the end of July ,but never the less I gave them a call they told me alot of stories so i decided to pay the R70 at the end of August and was told thats the last payment just to be debited another R70 at the end of September and when i call no one no whats going on and remember im unemployed and have no money in my account. This is really frustrating and hope someone will be able to sort this out .Will not pay another sent and think cell c consultants must get thereact together
